I liked the pose but I felt I needed to turn in back towards the viewer. I'll keep the cloak though.

This is the initial concept sketch for the piece. I have to rework both Aurthor and Leo, but you get the idea. I want the gears and sliding metal parts to be visable thru the Lion's fire of his mane and wings.
